You’ll ensure compliance with federal/state laws, make timely determinations, and communicate clearly with employees and clients from your home office. 🧠 Experience Level: Entry to mid-level with 1–2 years in administrative, customer support, or leave/disability coordination


🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Analyze and establish leave claims—FMLA, state, military, and paid leaves
• Track claims documentation and ensure compliance with client-specific plans and laws
• Determine benefit eligibility, calculate payments, and make adjustments per standards
• Communicate decisions and manage expectations with claimants and stakeholders
• Maintain professional relationships with claimants and client partners
• Participate in quality programs and support continuous process improvements


🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (leave admin preferred)
• Knowledge of FMLA/state leave policies a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication and empathy
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency
