đ§ Experience Level: Entry to mid-level with 1â2 years in administrative, customer support, or leave/disability coordination
đ What Youâll Own:
⢠Analyze and establish leave claimsâFMLA, state, military, and paid leaves
⢠Track claims documentation and ensure compliance with client-specific plans and laws
⢠Determine benefit eligibility, calculate payments, and make adjustments per standards
⢠Communicate decisions and manage expectations with claimants and stakeholders
⢠Maintain professional relationships with claimants and client partners
⢠Participate in quality programs and support continuous process improvements

⢠High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
⢠1â2 years of administrative or office support experience (leave admin preferred)
⢠Knowledge of FMLA/state leave policies a plus
