As a Healthcare Member Advocate, you’ll be the voice of calm, clarity, and care for members navigating the complex world of medical benefits, billing, claims, and pharmacy needs. You won’t just answer calls—you’ll champion solutions and leave members feeling seen, supported, and understood.

• Fully Remote – Equipment provided
• $ Competitive pay + full benefits + PTO
• Paid Training – 12 weeks, mandatory (100% attendance required)
• Shifts – Monday–Friday, 8 AM–9 PM EST | Saturdays, 9 AM–7:30 PM EST
• States accepted – AL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, NC, OH, OK, TN, TX, VA

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and heart
• Support members with billing, claims, benefits, materials, and more
• Use web-based systems to resolve inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Follow call scripts and client protocols while personalizing the experience
• Document every interaction clearly and thoroughly
• Recognize opportunities to go beyond the script and truly advocate
• Stay flexible and solution-oriented with each unique call
• Maintain schedule adherence and shift reliability


šŸŽÆ Must-Have Traits
• High School diploma or GED
• Prior customer service or call center experience strongly preferred
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasker—can toggle tabs while staying laser-focused
• Comfortable with online tools and navigating multiple screens
• Can sit for extended periods and stay present on calls
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and internet speed test

• Quiet, enclosed workspace—zero distractions
• Non-cellular, high-speed internet (Fiber, DSL, or cable ONLY)
• Minimum internet speed: 20 Mbps download | 12 Mbps upload
• No hotspots, satellite, or wireless internet allowed
