• Guide customers through payment-related questions via phone, email, and Zoom
• Navigate compliance, risk, and third-party payment partner processes
• Master AppFolio’s payment tools through structured onboarding and ongoing training
• Manage support queues using Salesforce, Intercom, and Zoom
• Become a product ambassador and valued problem solver

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year remote/hybrid experience in customer-facing work
• Fintech, risk, fraud, or compliance support experience a major plus
• Excellent written/verbal communication, judgment, and multitasking skills

• Comfortable with fast-paced, cross-functional collaboration
