Navitus Health Solutions is hiring a Coordinator, Accumulator to manage accumulator data, system configurations, and client file processing for pharmacy benefit clients. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure accurate member benefit tracking and smooth operations—leading processes for your clients while collaborating cross-functionally from your home office.

🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Oversee daily accumulator data—implement updates, audits, and reconciliation for client accounts
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to validate data feeds and resolve mismatches
• Perform root-cause analysis, identify process improvements, and support technology automation
• Educate Member Services, Client Services, and pharmacies on accumulator systems and best practices
• Conduct system testing and assist in maintaining training materials and SOP documentation
