š§ Experience Level: Entry-level to mid, with an associate degree or equivalent and strong process orientation
š What Youāll Own:
⢠Oversee daily accumulator dataāimplement updates, audits, and reconciliation for client accounts
⢠Coordinate with clients and internal teams to validate data feeds and resolve mismatches
⢠Perform root-cause analysis, identify process improvements, and support technology automation
⢠Educate Member Services, Client Services, and pharmacies on accumulator systems and best practices
⢠Conduct system testing and assist in maintaining training materials and SOP documentation

⢠Associateās degree or equivalent work experience
⢠Experience with Excel and basic data systems
⢠Strong analytical and organization skills
⢠Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
