⢠Provide personalized guidance via video calls, email, and LMS support
⢠Build and run a modern college counseling program: planning, self-assessment, exploration, applications, financial aid, and decision-making
⢠Handle occasional travel to Washington, D.C., and potential trips abroad to engage with colleagues and the school community
đ§ Must-Have Traits:
⢠3+ years of experience in college admissions/advising or high school counseling
⢠Expertise in the U.S. college admissions process, financial aid, and application systems
⢠Excellent virtual communication and relationship-building skills with students and parents
⢠Comfortable using video, email, and LMS platforms to connect and collaborate
⢠Ability to occasionally travel for in-person networking and team building
