š§ Experience Level: 3+ years as a Business/System Analyst; strong fintech or SaaS background preferred
š What Youāll Own:
⢠Gather requirements and map business processes to improve financial systems (Order-to-Cash pipeline)
⢠Develop user stories, process maps, and documentation
⢠Design and execute test plans; collaborate with stakeholders throughout product delivery
⢠Train endāusers and create system manuals
⢠Identify and resolve system integration issues; recommend revenue-driving optimizations
⢠Partner with PMs, technical, and cross-functional teams to shape roadmap execution
š§ Must-Have Traits:
⢠3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in SaaS/financial domains
⢠Skilled in documentation, testing, and requirement gathering
⢠Comfortable translating business needs into technical specifications
⢠Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
⢠Experience with Order-to-Cash tools (Zuora, Sage Intacct, Chargebee, etc.) and cloud systems
