🧠 Experience Level: 3+ years as a Business/System Analyst; strong fintech or SaaS background preferred

• Gather requirements and map business processes to improve financial systems (Order-to-Cash pipeline)
• Develop user stories, process maps, and documentation
• Design and execute test plans; collaborate with stakeholders throughout product delivery
• Train end‑users and create system manuals
• Identify and resolve system integration issues; recommend revenue-driving optimizations
• Partner with PMs, technical, and cross-functional teams to shape roadmap execution


🧠 Must-Have Traits:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in SaaS/financial domains
• Skilled in documentation, testing, and requirement gathering
• Comfortable translating business needs into technical specifications
• Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Order-to-Cash tools (Zuora, Sage Intacct, Chargebee, etc.) and cloud systems
