🧭 What You’ll Own
• Support members via phone, chat, and email—always with empathy and clarity
• Help members understand and maximize their healthcare benefits
• Guide people to high-quality care at the lowest possible cost
• Handle complex benefit-related conversations with patience and professionalism
• De-escalate concerns and solve problems with grace
• Collaborate across departments to get members what they need
• Stay current on evolving tools and procedures
• Uphold strict HIPAA and data security standards—privacy matters


🕐 Schedule & Details
• Fully remote, U.S.-based
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT
• Compensation: $22.00/hr + $0.50/hr bilingual pay bump
• Equity incentive plan + competitive benefits


🎯 What You Bring
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
• Calm under pressure, with meticulous attention to detail
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Tech fluency—especially with tools like Zendesk
• Passion for helping people and belief in Garner’s mission
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving startup
