📋 What You’ll Own:
• Maintain and reconcile a high volume of client and vendor accounts
• Process daily invoices, monthly statements, and custom billing requests
• Set up new accounts and prepare credit applications (escalate if >$10K)
• Handle corrections, small write-offs (<$250), and satisfaction credits
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, fax, and CRM systems
• Manage refund requests and assist clients with order holds due to account issues
• Support RFPs and CRM updates while collaborating with Sales on margin targets
• Reconcile account balances and manage invoice-related changes
• Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service, building strong relationships
• Stay organized and compliant with documentation and time entry
• Jump in and assist with other accounting or client service tasks as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience:
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• 2+ years in an A/R or accounting role (credit collections experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and business systems
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
