📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor and manage delinquent accounts to optimize cash flow
• Investigate and resolve disputed balances and ensure timely collections
• Collaborate with internal teams or escalate accounts to legal or third-party collections when necessary
• Apply daily cash receipts and maintain accuracy in customer payment applications
• Process credits and returns, keeping aging reports accurate and collectable
• Support occasional special projects and contribute to AR process improvement
• Maintain a low delinquency rate aligned with company goals
🎯 What You Bring
• Associate’s Degree required (Accounting certificate or degree preferred)
• Experience in AR, B2B collections, or general accounting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with mid-tier accounting software
• Practical knowledge of credit and collections best practices
