• Collaborative team with high-performance standards and heart
📋 What You’ll Own
• Build relationships with HR leaders and channel partners as a trusted advisor
• Conduct compelling product demos, drive discovery calls, and close deals
• Articulate ROI across multiple stakeholders—Sparrow saves up to 40 hours and $30K per leave
• Track and optimize your sales performance using top sales tech tools
• Partner with implementation and leave specialists to ensure smooth onboarding
• Represent the voice of the customer and influence Sparrow’s roadmap
🎯 What You Bring
• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a record of crushing quotas
• Experience selling to HR professionals or through channel partners a plus
• Strong value-selling and storytelling chops—leave management can be complex, you make it clear
• Curiosity-driven, data-minded, always iterating and learning
• Excellent communication across channels: phone, email, demos, and CRM follow-up
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, feedback-rich environment
