📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide stellar support across all contact channels (phone, email, chat, text)
• Master Cars.com’s product suite and guide users with confidence
• Track customer issues and solutions using Salesforce
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or Technical Support
• Deliver fast, friendly service with a problem-solving mindset
