🧾 About the Role
Squarespace is hiring a West Coast-based Customer Support Associate to deliver fast, thoughtful, and human support across live chat and email. This role is all about solving customer issues, clarifying questions, and making sure users feel supported every step of the way. You’ll be one of the first voices customers interact with—representing the brand, solving problems, and creating positive experiences. This is a full-time, remote position available only to residents of AZ, ID, UT, NM, OR, or WA.

• Start Date: September 8, 2025 (mandatory two-week virtual training in Pacific Time)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to live chat and email inquiries from customers
• Troubleshoot billing, domains, accounts, and platform issues
• Meet targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on new Squarespace products and features
• Identify recurring issues and escalate when needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ years in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, or online support)
• Strong written communication with an eye for grammar and tone
• Ability to juggle multiple chats and prioritize under pressure
• Familiarity with the Squarespace platform a plus
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working remotely in a quiet, distraction-free space
• Reside in AZ, ID, UT, NM, OR, or WA
