📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to outstanding account balances
• Work with customers to reach payment plans or resolution
• Apply conflict resolution and negotiation strategies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
• Meet or exceed performance goals (bonus money, anyone?)
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication and active listening skills
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems
• Self-motivated with strong time management
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm in high-pressure interactions
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
