This remote role is ideal for a self-driven, customer-focused individual with a strong foundation in mortgage lending and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll guide borrowers through the application process, provide education on loan options, and maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines—all while collaborating closely with a high-performing team.

📋 What You’ll Do
• Guide clients through loan options and explain credit/loan terms
• Collect and review financial documents, credit history, and loan applications
• Analyze financial status, creditworthiness, and property evaluations
• Maintain accurate, complete loan files in line with company and regulatory standards
• Deliver exceptional service and support through the entire loan process
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams
• Maintain compliance by staying current with training and licensing requirements
🎯 What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator
• Active (or obtainable) MLO license per the SAFE Act
• In-depth mortgage knowledge, strong communication, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools and CRMs
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Proven sales track record and self-motivation to exceed goals
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
