R1 is hiring a full-time remote Customer Service Representative I to provide professional, solutions-oriented support to patients, their representatives, and insurance companies. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer incoming calls and resolve inquiries related to patient accounts
• Provide courteous and accurate information using scripts and training manuals
• Make corrections or updates to accounts within system guidelines
• Generate written requests for actions to be completed by other teams
• Document all calls and account activity with precision and professionalism
• Reference client manuals and correspondence tools to ensure correct action
• Complete special projects as assigned and meet performance metrics
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0–1 years of experience (call center or customer service preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM
• Comfortable with computers and account management systems
• Friendly, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
