Wellthy is looking for a compassionate, organized Care Adviser to support their team of Care Coordinators behind the scenes. In this role, you won’t interact directly with families, but you’ll be a vital part of helping them navigate complex caregiving needs—whether it’s eldercare, mental health, childcare, chronic illness, or housing. This is a remote position focused on completing research, executing care-related tasks, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results.

• Pay Rate: $19/hour (includes training)
• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Location: Remote (U.S. only; some states excluded)
• Team: Care Operations
• Reports To: Care Manager

📋 What You’ll Own
• Support Care Coordinators by researching, organizing, and completing a wide range of care-related tasks
• Use tools and networks to deliver timely and effective solutions
• Communicate progress and barriers to your team
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail on all assignments
• Contribute to internal resource development (e.g., writing guides, improving team tools)
• Participate in team discussions, workflow feedback, and cross-functional collaboration
• Optional: specialize in focus areas like medical care, mental health, logistics, housing, in-home support, veterans’ benefits, or finance
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree or higher
• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare, caregiving, customer service, or administrative support
• Remote work experience with strong tech comfort
• Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Housing: Senior living, Section 8, facility placement
- Medical: Provider research, appointment coordination
- Mental Health: Familiarity with diagnoses, support groups, facilities
- In-Home Support: Private/home agency childcare or elder care
- Finance: Insurance, billing, claims
- Veterans: VA benefits, military family services
