• Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as in-house accountant for multiple clients (typically $1–30M revenue)
• Execute core accounting tasks: A/P, A/R, payroll journal entries, reconciliations
• Drive monthly close and reporting processes
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow projections, and documentation
• Onboard new clients and implement accounting software/processes
• Collaborate with client CPAs for year-end prep and filings
• Train junior team members on systems and delivery processes
• Contribute to ongoing process refinement
• Option to work from home or on-site in Gardner, MA
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Laser-sharp attention to detail and a natural sense of urgency
• Excellent communication—written and verbal
• Passion for math and problem-solving in a financial setting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel required
• Bonus: Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or Intacct

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience
• CPA firm audit experience (2+ years) preferred
