As a Provider Experience Specialist, you’ll make sure the doctors and providers using Zocdoc get the kind of support that actually feels human. Through calls, email, and chat, you’ll guide them through the platform, help solve problems, and make using Zocdoc effortless.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide support to healthcare providers via phone, email, and chat
• Upsell platform features and educate providers on how to get the most from Zocdoc
• Build authentic connections while solving problems with speed and empathy
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Identify and act on opportunities to streamline the provider experience
• Become a product expert and advocate for providers’ needs
