Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (U.S. only, lower 48 states)
Hours: 11:30AM – 8:00PM EST
Pay: $19.23/hour
Type: Full-time, Non-exempt
Reports to: Team Lead
Industry: Cancer Care, Health Tech, Remote Admin Support
🧾 Key Responsibilities
• Answer and triage inbound calls, texts, emails, and faxes from patients and providers
• Route communications to appropriate Care Team members
• Generate daily member reports and prep for interdisciplinary team meetings
• Schedule patient/provider calls and case conferences
• Send out weekly member surveys
• Contribute to cross-team projects, virtual practice growth, and data entry
• Use tools like Slack, Google Suite, EHRs, and custom internal systems

• 1+ year experience in a telephonic healthcare or customer service role
• Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remain organized under pressure
• Quick learner who’s tech-comfortable (video chat, Google Suite, etc.)
