97Display, a digital marketing agency under Jonas Software, is hiring a Website Designer to build visually compelling, lead-generating websites for clients in the fitness and martial arts industries. You’ll use WordPress (Divi) and their custom CMS to design, write, and optimize sites that convert. This role blends design, content creation, and client communication—and offers a pathway toward project management for the right candidate.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design websites using 97CMS and WordPress
• Create graphic elements and multimedia for web use
• Write persuasive, SEO-driven website copy
• Refine layout, headlines, and calls to action
• Optimize on-page performance and visual experience
• Communicate with clients to gather content and give updates
• Prioritize tasks, revisions, and feedback loops
• Partner with Project Managers to meet deadlines and goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong portfolio with design, copy, and layout examples
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Eye for clean, high-converting web design
• Proficiency in image/video editing
• Experience writing marketing copy that connects and sells
• Understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles
• High proficiency with WordPress (Divi preferred)
• Bonus: Familiar with HubSpot, Canva, or GoHighLevel
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable
