📋 What You’ll Own
• Contact existing customers on behalf of a major North American audio entertainment company
• Upsell or renew subscriptions using advanced CRM systems
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance goals (contacts, conversions, sales per hour)
• Build rapport, handle objections, and deliver a positive customer experience
• Follow PCI compliance, client SOPs, and operational standards
• Maintain a professional, distraction-free home workspace
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, collections, or call centers strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Assertive, quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable schedule adherence and attendance
• Professional vocabulary and high customer empathy
• Prior work-from-home experience is a plus
