BroadPath is seeking a results-driven Remote Telesales Supervisor to lead a high-performing virtual sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving team metrics, coaching reps in real time, and setting the tone for success in a fast-paced telesales environment. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Supervise day-to-day activities of the telesales team
• Drive individual and team sales goals
• Monitor real-time metrics and provide immediate coaching
• Review calls for quality, compliance, and sales effectiveness
• Partner with Workforce Management to build team schedules
• Support issue resolution and handle escalated calls
• Lead both remote and onsite team members across multiple locations


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active Health Producer License
• 1+ year experience supervising a call center team (healthcare/telesales a plus)
• Track record of coaching and motivating based on call center KPIs
• Strong grasp of telesales strategies and customer service metrics
• Skilled in Windows-based systems and call center tools
• Clear, effective communication (written and verbal)
