📋 What You’ll Own (in future roles)
• Troubleshoot technical issues across browsers, OS, networks, and school environments
• Support SaaS tools used in K–12 education
• Guide IT admins through configurations, integrations, and support cases
• Collaborate with support, product, and engineering teams
• Use platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, and Freshdesk
• Translate complex issues into clear, friendly explanations for school staff
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years in SaaS technical support, IT helpdesk, or similar roles
• Familiarity with DNS, proxies, firewalls, VPNs, and content filters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven multitasker in ticket-heavy environments
• Empathetic, curious, and motivated to serve education-focused users
• Bonus: Experience supporting K–12 IT staff or school networks
