ClubOS, a division of Jonas Software, is hiring a full-time Support Services Specialist to help customers get the most out of their software. You’ll handle incoming support requests via phone and email, troubleshoot billing or system issues, and act as a knowledgeable guide to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. • Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Hourly pay: $18–$22 (based on experience and location)

• Direct communication with customers via phone and email
📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer support calls and emails related to billing or software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer pain points
• Provide system training and guidance when needed
• Deeply understand the ClubOS and ASF platforms
• Empathize with each customer and tailor your support accordingly
• Collaborate with team members to improve support delivery
• Help reduce cancellations by identifying solutions for struggling users
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)
• Experience in technical software support
• Friendly, confident, and solutions-focused
