You’ll help educators nationwide by delivering expert technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless use of our eduCLIMBER platform. Position Highlights
Pay: $20.29–$27.40/hour (based on location and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Remote – U.S.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver top-tier customer support across phone, email, and chat channels
• Troubleshoot technical and platform-related issues across browsers and operating systems
• Resolve complex and routine issues with clarity, patience, and product expertise
• Research system behaviors and proactively anticipate user needs
• Guide early-career teammates and support collaborative projects
• Uphold high standards in case management and customer interactions
• Maintain strong product knowledge—especially around eduCLIMBER and related tools
• Support internal teams by escalating and collaborating when necessary


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in education or SaaS
• Excellent phone and email communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with educators and school district personnel
• Ability to explain complex solutions in accessible language
• Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail


💻 Bonus Points For
• Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge
• Salesforce and JIRA experience
• Prior use or support of Renaissance platforms (especially eduCLIMBER)
• SaaS technical support experience
