Sagility is hiring a Contact Center Operations Supervisor to lead and elevate a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in a fully remote role. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Coach, train, and develop CSRs to meet client and company KPIs/CPIs
• Manage employee performance using coaching tools and performance dashboards
• Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and recognition activities
• Create daily and weekly action plans to address team and individual goals
• Handle escalated or unresolved customer issues with care and urgency
• Promote a culture of accountability, high performance, and collaboration
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain compliance with policies, lead by example, and promote a positive team culture
• Guide new team members and support onboarding of CSRs
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized remote work environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field, including 12 months in a supervisor role
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Strong technical proficiency in relevant systems, software, and phone tools
• Skilled in team leadership, delegation, and performance management
• Ability to interpret data, manage metrics, and lead process improvements
• Confident problem solver who anticipates issues and executes creative solutions
