Position Highlights

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle incoming phone and electronic requests (chat, email, fax) for federal HR systems
• Create, track, and resolve service tickets in accordance with SLAs
• Accurately document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams
• Use critical thinking and active listening to provide accurate, timely solutions
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base documentation
• Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing service and process improvements


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years of customer service experience (service desk/call center preferred)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like BMC Remedy Service Management
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Must obtain HDI Analyst Certification (CSA, SCA, or DST) within 90 business days of hire
• U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card holder for 3+ years)
• Must be federal tax compliant
