One Inc is hiring a Senior Payments Specialist to manage critical financial operations, including bank reconciliations, escheatment processing, and high-volume payments support. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong eye for detail and experience in treasury operations, banking, or financial compliance.

• Reports to Supervisor, Settlement Operations

📋 What You’ll Own
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
• Research and resolve discrepancies with accurate journal adjustments
• Ensure compliance with escheatment laws and state deadlines
• Coordinate and submit escheatment filings to jurisdictions
• Track unclaimed property liabilities and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Collaborate across departments and with banking partners
• Maintain detailed reconciliation reports for management
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years in treasury ops, reconciliations, or payment processing
• Familiarity with escheatment processes and multi-platform systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Exceptional accuracy, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently under deadlines
• Understanding of internal controls and compliance standards
