📋 What You’ll Own
• Resolve complex or escalated customer issues across phone, chat, email, and internal messaging tools
• Document case details with clear, professional language and perfect English grammar

• Handle inquiries related to facility access, injury reports, property loss, and more, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
🎯 Must‑Have Traits
• 2+ years of customer service experience and some post-secondary education or equivalent
