✅ Position Highlights
• Pay Range: $20.00–$35.72/hour (based on experience and location)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm CT
• Remote: Fully remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Collect and validate provider data for payer enrollment
• Submit and track enrollment applications to ensure billing readiness
• Maintain and update provider information in systems like MDStaff and Marketware
• Coordinate closely with providers, clinic leaders, and billing teams
• Manage CAQH and NPI accounts for each provider
• Monitor licensure, insurance, and credentialing expirations
• Submit re-credentialing and re-validation paperwork for Medicare/Medicaid
• Provide training and clarity on credentialing policies and procedures
• Generate and distribute reports as needed across departments
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be able to work 8:00am–4:30pm CT, regardless of time zone
• Strong attention to detail, process management, and communication skills
✨ Preferred Experience
• 4+ years of healthcare credentialing or payer enrollment
• Familiarity with Joint Commission compliance processes
• Government regulatory research experience
• Experience with MDStaff and/or Marketware
• Credentialing experience in Kentucky and Indiana markets
