📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as first-line support for escalated client issues
• Answer and resolve inbound calls, chats, and emails with accuracy and empathy
• Train, mentor, and support new Client Support Representatives (CSRs)
• Facilitate new user client training sessions and help maintain training resources
• Act as a subject matter expert and bridge between CSRs and other departments
• Assist with complex service orders (drug testing, health screenings)
• Track and document client communications via CRM
• Suggest improvements to processes, systems, and training based on frontline insights
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to enhance the client experience


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of client service experience
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and service issues
• Experience mentoring or guiding peers
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving team dynamics
• High school diploma or GED required
