Centro Benefits Research is hiring full-time Seasonal Call Center Coordinators to deliver exceptional service across multiple client queues. This remote role supports inbound and outbound calls, customer scheduling, and administrative tracking for employee benefits services. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide top-tier customer service across multiple queues

🎯 Must-Have Traits

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
