🧾 About the Role
Join Conduent’s growing healthcare support team, where your empathy and efficiency can directly impact patients’ access to life-saving medication. You’ll be assisting with a major pharmaceutical company’s patient assistance program—helping callers complete applications, track medication orders, and navigate eligibility.


✅ Position Highlights
• Up to $17/hour
• Full-time, Remote
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST (assigned 8-hour shifts)
• Paid Training: 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
• Benefits start on Day 1 (medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plan)


📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to high-volume inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers
• Answer questions about program eligibility, enrollment, and medication orders
• Assist with completing applications and reorders
• Place medication orders in real time
• Make follow-up outbound calls as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet KPIs
• Adhere to schedule and performance expectations


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare encouraged)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and able to manage multiple digital platforms
• Self-motivated and organized, with strong attention to detail
• Able to show empathy and professionalism under pressure
• Experience in call center settings is a plus—but not required


💻 Remote Requirements
• Must pass a typing test and customer service assessment
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Wired internet connection (25 mbps download / 15 mbps upload)
• Familiarity with troubleshooting home internet and personal devices
