📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone
• Document call activity accurately
• Update customer records and assist with billing inquiries
• Upsell or offer additional service options when applicable
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Strong computer navigation and typing skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude
💻 Remote Requirements
• Quiet, private home workspace at your permanent address
• High-speed internet (Cable/DSL only) – minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
• Hard-wired Ethernet connection required
