• Full-time, Remote (Kentucky residents only)
• 4 weeks paid training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
• Production shift availability:
• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
• Sat: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer high-volume inbound calls assisting callers with state benefits (SNAP, Medicaid, TANF)
• Guide callers through application processes and password resets
• Navigate and input data into multiple client systems
• Handle emotionally difficult calls with professionalism and care
• Memorize and deliver scripts accurately (as required by client policies)
• Maintain compliance with break/lunch schedules and call metrics
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Reside in the state of Kentucky
• 1+ year in a high-volume call center environment
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Clear phone etiquette and grammar
• Ability to follow schedules and retain detailed scripts
• Quiet, distraction-free home office
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Must pass background check and drug screening
