📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the trusted contact for parents, answering questions and resolving concerns via WeChat, email, and phone
• Foster long-term trust and satisfaction with parent-clients and students
• Respond promptly and clearly to inquiries—no ghosting here
• Ensure student and parent needs are met with care and accuracy
• Help build scalable systems that improve the overall customer journey
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and read)
• Prior customer service or client-facing experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
