📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, complete solutions
• Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Document all interactions in the system accurately

• Adapt tone and approach for a variety of customer personalities

• 1+ year high-volume call center experience
• Comfortable with auto-dialers and both inbound/outbound work

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
• Skilled in Windows, Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new systems
• Positive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and strong integrity
• High typing proficiency and tech-savviness
• Must be able to meet quotas and performance metrics
