As a Referral Coordinator, you’ll serve as the connective thread between prescribers, patients, and pharmacy services—ensuring every referral moves smoothly from prescription to delivery.


Position Highlights
• Full-time, remote (see state restrictions below)
• Pay Range: $19.60–$23.06/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

📋 What You’ll Own
• Initiate and process prior authorizations for specialty prescriptions
• Coordinate with patients to confirm delivery logistics
• Build and maintain relationships with prescribers and clinics
• Communicate insurance, financial, and prescription updates with care teams
• Serve as the liaison between patients, clinics, and insurance providers
• Ensure legal and ethical compliance with all state and federal standards
• Support overall continuity of care across multiple stakeholders
• Perform additional duties as assigned


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or licensed Medical Assistant preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a specialty pharmacy or medical office setting
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams
• Respectful, cooperative team player with high ethical standards
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-through
