🧾 About the Role
Centro Benefits Research is hiring a Seasonal Quality Assurance Support Analyst to support their Counselor Success and QA Team. In this temporary full-time role (contracted through 12/12/2025), you’ll monitor Benefit Counselor calls for quality standards, support QA reporting and tracking, and help ensure excellence across the Benefit Support Call Center. Ideal for detail-driven professionals with a strong eye for quality and comfort working remotely.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor live and recorded Benefit Counselor calls for quality and compliance
• Track engagement activity, attendance, and schedule adherence
• Assist with building and implementing QA scorecards
• Create and analyze reports to ensure training effectiveness and call consistency
• Ensure deadlines are met and proactively communicate progress
• Maintain a high level of detail and professionalism across all tasks


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Call center, QA, or sales experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Data extraction and reporting proficiency
• Tech-savvy with Excel, Google Workspace, and multi-system fluency
• Remote work experience
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred
• Licensed or knowledgeable in insurance/employee benefits
• Exposure to group or voluntary benefits enrollment
