📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage 50–70 provider calls or chats per day
• Resolve claims, prior authorizations, and billing concerns
• Triage inquiries and research complex issues
• Promote and guide providers through self-service tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Navigate over 30 systems efficiently to resolve issues
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Windows PC applications
• Availability to work 9:35 AM – 6:05 PM EST, Monday – Friday
• Must reside in North Carolina and have a distraction-free home office
