Help at Home is hiring a People Experience Analyst to turn employee feedback into action. This remote, full-time role supports survey data collection, builds dashboards, and delivers insights to improve the employee journey—especially for caregivers in the field. You’ll be part of a cross-functional Experience Team focused on making sure every employee feels heard, valued, and supported.

• Salary: $74,000–$84,000
• Reports to: Experience Team leadership

📋 What You’ll Own
Data Management & Analysis
• Manage employee survey distribution and feedback across all teams
• Organize data from multiple sources into clean, reliable datasets
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor employee sentiment by role, location, and milestone
• Analyze trends and flag areas for improvement

Reporting & Insights
• Develop reports and visualizations for HR, Operations, and leadership
• Translate feedback into digestible, actionable insights
• Benchmark internal metrics and help build predictive tools

Program Support
• Track engagement around key milestones (onboarding, promotions, anniversaries)
• Evaluate recognition efforts and culture-building initiatives
• Help prioritize feedback themes to guide HR strategy
• Measure impact of internal programs and propose refinements

Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the Experience Team, HRBPs, and operations leaders
• Educate partners on interpreting and acting on employee data
• Maintain ethical, confidential handling of employee information


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in analytics, HR data, or employee engagement reporting
• Strong grasp of tools like Excel, Power BI, Qualtrics, or Tableau
• Detail-oriented and organized with clear communication skills
• Ability to interpret and explain both quantitative and qualitative data
• Experience managing vendor platforms or survey tools
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or a related field
