🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year in healthcare support or medical call center
• Customer service experience with a focus on clear, respectful communication
• Ability to handle protected health info in a secure home workspace
• Stable internet and designated quiet environment
💡 Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), especially EPIC
• Appointment scheduling or referral coordination
• Understanding of medical terminology
