Join Mindful Care as a Patient Access Representative II, where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients seeking timely and compassionate care. You’ll manage new and existing patient scheduling, verify insurance, and coordinate communication across multiple platforms—all while delivering best-in-class service in a fully remote environment.

• Pay: $16.00/hour (Competitive base salary)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET
• Remote: Fully remote (U.S.-based)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate new patient submissions and existing patient appointments
• Manage inbound communications across email, phone, and text channels
• Re-engage prospective patients and streamline appointment rescheduling
• Verify insurance coverage and send payment links for outstanding balances
• Handle basic billing inquiries and escalate complex cases appropriately
• Offer technical support for Zoom links, patient portals, and registration
• Provide location details and facility information when needed
• Support administrative and ad hoc tasks as directed by leadership
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Prior call center or healthcare customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Technologically savvy with strong computer proficiency
