Sharecare is hiring Outreach Specialists to connect individuals with care programs that improve their well-being. This is a remote, full-time role within a digital health company dedicated to unifying people’s healthcare experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for enrolling members into Sharecare’s Value-Based Care Management (VBCM) program.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls via auto-dialer to enroll members in the VBCM program
• Schedule care management appointments and manage digital calendars
• Communicate appointment details via email
• Enter and update member data accurately in internal systems
• Provide general administrative support to the care management team
• Participate in team meetings, huddles, and required training
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma required
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales-driven environment
• Background in clinical environments preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
