📋 What You’ll Own
• Design, launch, and scale multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, calls, voicemail, etc.)
• Maximize deliverability across all outbound channels—especially cold email
• Leverage tools like Zapier, Make, Smartlead, HubSpot, and Clay to streamline workflows
• Refine cold-call strategy and voicemail scripting for engagement
• Analyze and optimize campaign metrics daily
• Develop and test messaging angles that actually convert
• Work directly with leadership on growth initiatives

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years of outbound sales or SDR/BDR experience
• Proven track record of high-volume qualified lead generation
• Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices
• Expert-level experience with Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Clay
• Strategic thinker who moves fast, iterates faster
• Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and relentless about results
• Strong communicator who thrives in remote, fast-moving teams
