🧾 About the Role
Microf is a subprime lease-to-own lender helping homeowners access essential HVAC and home improvement systems through flexible financing. We’re hiring a remote Originations Specialist to serve as the frontline liaison between customers, dealers, and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for converting leads into successful Rental Purchase Agreements (RPAs), while ensuring an exceptional service experience for contractors and consumers alike.
✅ Position Highlights
• Full-time, Remote (U.S. based, with occasional visits to Atlanta HQ)
• $22/hour + quarterly bonus based on performance

📋 What You’ll Own
• Convert HVAC/home improvement financing leads into completed RPAs
• Meet or exceed quarterly performance benchmarks set by senior leadership
• Deliver high service levels to customers and dealers with urgency and professionalism
• Maximize application conversion rates with expert product knowledge and responsiveness
• Maintain strong adherence to compliance standards and company procedures
• Provide internal support to sales team and collaborate in a high-performing, team-oriented culture
• Log communications, update registry requirements, and track lead progress across Microf systems
• Help meet company-wide service-level targets, including call responsiveness and punctuality
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling and availability based on business needs
