🧾 About the Role
Dane Street is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the NY Workers’ Compensation team within our IME division. In this remote role, you’ll oversee intake, turnaround times, and daily workflows for Customer Service Representatives. If you’re experienced in team management and thrive in healthcare or insurance operations, this is a key opportunity to lead a high-performing unit and ensure timely, accurate case handling for critical medical file reviews.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Supervise daily workflows and ensure timely processing of medical file review cases
• Audit case handling for accuracy, documentation, and adherence to turnaround expectations
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback through 1:1 meetings and performance reviews
• Train new team members on workflow, systems, and client-specific protocols
• Support client relationships with timely updates, documentation management, and resolution of referral issues
• Provide guidance to team members on complex case handling or assignment questions
• Participate in the hiring and performance review process for CSRs


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience managing or supervising a customer service team (required)
• Strong background in healthcare, workers’ comp, or insurance (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically, resolve issues, and meet overlapping deadlines
• Organized, efficient, and skilled in remote team collaboration
• Proficient in digital systems, data entry, and workflow tools
