🧾 About the Role
Redstone Federal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional service to members navigating the home loan process. You’ll manage high call volumes, respond to mortgage-related inquiries, assist with application processing, and ensure accurate documentation—all while playing a key role in helping members secure their homes.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Authenticate members and assess mortgage needs with professionalism
• Process interest rate locks and phone-based mortgage applications
• Order verifications, appraisals, title work, and flood certifications
• Prepare and organize loan documentation for processing
• Collaborate with processors and vendors to ensure smooth loan transitions
• Maintain accurate system notes and support processors with condition fulfillment
• Schedule appointments and follow up with members and internal teams


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be eligible for National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration
• 1+ year of customer service experience (mortgage preferred)
• Experience in a call center is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of mortgage lending and documentation
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Able to multitask across multiple screens and platforms in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
