Join Senture’s Member Engagement team and help members prioritize their health by scheduling in-home and virtual healthcare evaluations. This fully remote, incentive-based role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset. ✅ Position Highlights
• Base Pay: $13.00/hour
• Pay Increases:
– $13.50 at 6 months
– $14.00 at 1 year
– $14.50 at 2 years
• Incentives: Earn up to $1,125/month extra (equivalent to +$7/hr)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Remote: Fully remote (U.S.-based only)
• Schedule:
– Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
– Sat–Sun: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
• Training: 2 weeks paid training (mandatory, 100% attendance required)
• Equipment: Provided by Senture
📋 What You’ll Own
• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using pre-approved scripts
• Schedule, adjust, and cancel in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
• Use effective rebuttals to overcome objections and boost engagement
• Track personal performance: appointments per hour, handle time, productivity
• Follow HIPAA and security protocols to protect member data
• Use multiple systems simultaneously to schedule and manage appointments
• Occasionally handle inbound calls (~15% of workload)
• Report complaints and serve as a peer resource when needed
• Overtime availability may be required based on business needs
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong sales mindset and goal-driven attitude
• Friendly, clear communicator with solid active listening skills
• Experience in high-volume, auto-dialer call center preferred
• Proficient multitasker, comfortable using multiple systems at once
• Self-motivated and dependable with strong work ethic
• Able to follow scripts and respond positively to feedback
• Eligible to work in the U.S., pass background/drug checks, and provide two valid forms of ID and proof of education
💻 Remote Requirements
• Internet: Cabled (not Wi-Fi or satellite); min 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, latency ≤100ms
• Workspace: Quiet, secure, distraction-free; personal furniture required
• Accountable for schedule, HIPAA compliance, and remote work standards
