BroadPath is hiring Medical Customer Service Agents to join their fully remote team. In this high-impact role, you’ll assist members with health plan inquiries, resolve concerns with professionalism, and navigate claims, billing, and benefits—all while delivering top-tier service from your home workspace.


Position Highlights
• Full-time, remote position
• Health plan customer service support
• Monday–Friday hours (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM PT)
• Camera-on virtual environment for team engagement


📋 What You’ll Do
• Manage 30+ daily inbound and outbound calls
• Answer questions about benefits, claims, and billing
• Investigate and resolve member concerns with accuracy
• Meet response time and quality standards (95%+ quality score)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan changes
• Log all communication and follow up promptly
• Use multiple systems to access and document member data


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of health plan call center experience
• Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills
• Clear, patient communication—especially by phone
• Comfort handling sensitive or emotional calls
• Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
• Available to work any 8-hour shift within the stated business hours
• Comfortable with webcam-on policy during training and work

• Prior work-from-home experience
